Order Status

After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the important details, including your order number and a summary of your purchase.

Once your items are ready to go, we’ll pass them to our trusted delivery partner, and you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow the journey of your order. You can also track your package on our website at us.houseofnoya.com/track-order.

Please bear in mind that order status updates may take up to 24 hours. If you've placed an order over the weekend or during public holidays, there might be a slight delay. But rest assured, we're on it!
